I have nearly 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM. I have been using Trailhead for the past 5 years to learn Salesforce and have achieved the Expeditioner rank. I am also an Agentblazer Champion 2026.  

Although I have not yet appeared for the Salesforce Administrator Certification exam, I am planning to take it soon.

Currently, I am looking for opportunities in Salesforce QA, Salesforce Administrator, or related Salesforce roles. I have been applying for Salesforce QA and Admin positions, but unfortunately, I am not receiving interview calls.

I would appreciate any suggestions on what I can do next to improve my profile, increase my chances of getting shortlisted, and advance my career in the Salesforce ecosystem. 

Just wrapped up the Setup with Agentforce Quest on Salesforce Trailhead!

Agentforce is powerful, but there is room to make the setup assistant much more dynamic.

A key enhancement I’d love to see is seamless multi-intent context switching:

• Fluid Multi-Topic Reasoning: During the module, asking the agent about Org-Wide Defaults and then switching to Permission Sets prompted a confirmation to leave the previous context. It would be much smoother if the agent could dynamically fetch cross-topic platform settings within the same thread without explicit branch prompts.
• Persistent Session History: Giving Admins an easy side-by-side view or unified history log of past queries would make comparing setup configs and auditing decisions significantly faster.

Excited to see how Salesforce continues to refine Agentforce setup workflows!

Hey #AwesomeAdmins - Setup with Agentforce is GA!   

On April 15 at True to the Core,

asked a simple but important question about Setup with Agentforce. 

Yesterday, May 26, just 41 days later, we announced General Availability and provided an answer to his question - we will not consume Agentforce Credits. 🚀 

That timeline matters because it reflects something I’m incredibly proud of: we’re listening.

In an Apex implementation, I need to group and process records dynamically and I’m evaluating nested collection approaches such as:

List<List<String>> groupedData;

and

Map<String, List<String>> groupedData;

For record grouping, Map<Key, List<T>> seems more practical, but I’d like to understand:

• When would List<List<T>> be a better choice in a real-time project?
• Are there any performance or governor-limit considerations?
• What approach do you generally prefer when grouping SOQL results?

Would appreciate any real-world examples or best practices.

Within work queue, it used to be possible to delete/mark as read individual items from "my feed". Now, our agents have to open each notification individually to "read" it and remove the notification. 

They get so many per day that it's not possible to go in to each one each time. It seems this changed recently but i see nothing about this anywhere.
