For the Get Started with Prompt Builder, I created the Field Generation Prompt Template 'Quick Summary' for the first time in my playground and misspelled it as 'Quick summary' (with a small 's'). API name also took small 's' in summary automatically. I have completed the exercise successfully but when Salesforce tries to verify and give me points, it fails to find the Field Generation Prompt Template named Quick Summary. I am unable to mark this complete and move on to the Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit. I tried to create a new version of the prompt template but it gives the same error again. How do I resolve this?
Hello everyone who encountered the error: "We can’t find the Quick Summary prompt template activated"
I can assure you that the issue is not on our side.
I just created a new PG, followed all the steps, but still received this error.
However, I successfully completed this Challenge a few weeks ago.
I tried different approaches, changed some configurations, but nothing helped.
So, we are waiting for the Trailhead development team to fix this error so that everyone can complete this Challenge.
In the meantime, while we wait for a solution, you can work on other Challenges to make the most of your time.
