Data 360 badge question - "Build a Segment and Report" under "Explore Data 360 Core Functionality" Badge

Dear Fellow Trailblazers,  

 

For the following trailhead unit "Build a Segment and Report" under "Explore Data 360 Core Functionality" Badge,

I'm stuck on step 7 - 9 

Data 360 badge question -

 

When I search "Is US Based", I got the following: 

1. For a starter, I don't see a "Lead Category" on the screen 

 2. I don't see "

Lead.Party > Party.Individual > Unified Individual.Unified Individual Id.

" in container path 

 3. What's "Container Object Name"? It's not specified in the instructions

What did I do wrong?

I recently discovered that my "Salesforce Administrator" certification has expired. Unfortunately, I missed the maintenance deadline and I’m now looking into possible options to reactivate or renew it. 

 

Is there any way to reinstate an expired certification, or do I need to retake the full certification exam from scratch? I'd really appreciate any guidance or shared experiences from anyone who's been through this process.

    I'd say the best you can hope for is a discount voucher to make taking the exam again cheaper.

Suspended During Agentforce Specialist Certification Exam – Requesting Review and Assistance

I was taking the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist exam on 3rd July 2025 at 13:30 IST (Online Proctored). Partway through the exam, I received a sudden warning and the session was terminated. The proctor checked my room and then suspended me from continuing.

I was fully compliant with all exam policies and was in a quiet, secure room with no distractions. This may have been a misunderstanding or false flag by the monitoring system.

Kindly review the session recording and advise on how I can appeal or reschedule. This certification is very important for my career progression.

Hi, I'm going over the salesforce admin certification exam. I have completed plenty of modules for this specific certifation, what do you sugget to study and practice? and  I'd also like to know how your experience went with this exam. Thanks in advance to you all.

Can someone help me link my certification to a different email address?

I'm unable to log into Webassesor and I need to link my certification to my personal email address.

Cannot create a case from support page

I cannot create a simple case from help page. I just want to reschedule my exam in an exception scenario and agentforce is going in loops and is very frustrating. Why cannot I create a simple case?

    Hi, follow below steps. Here step 2 is important.

    1. Visit help.salesforce.com
    2. Login with Salesforce
    3. Ask bot to log a case for you
    4. The bot will ask you subject, description and other question
    5. It'll log a case for you 

     

    How to Reschedule Your Exam

    Follow these steps to reschedule your Salesforce certification exam.

    1. Sign in to your Trailblazer profile on Trailhead Academy.
    2. In the Upcoming section of the homepage, find the exam you want to reschedule.
    3. Select the exam to open the appointment confirmation page.
    4. On the appointment confirmation page, select the Modify Registration button.
    5. Pearson VUE opens. Choose the option to reschedule or cancel your exam.
    6. Follow the prompts. Confirm your time zone and change the exam date and time in the Pearson system.
    7. After rescheduling, you will receive an email confirmation at the address linked to your Trailblazer profile.

Pearson OnVue Repeated Problems

This is the 2nd time I've tried to take a certification via Pearson OnVue and was simply unable to. My exam would never launch after 45 minutes. Chat and phone support was not helpful at all. They just cancelled my exam and told me to reschedule, and of course no openings today.     Do we have ANY additional avenues for help other than the standard customer service? This is unbelievable, I used Webassessor for YEARS and never once had a problem. Case with Pearson is 36264417

     I have scheduled  Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist exam 

     

    I tried attempting the exam, But OnVUE software has issues and it was blocked in Access code page. I tried multiple times but it doesn't work for me. Issue is with software not from my side. so kindly look into the issues and allow me to re-attempt the exam.

I'm planning to appear for the Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer – Level 1 (MCD Level 1) exam. Does anyone happen to have a discount voucher or coupon code they aren't using?

    Unfortunately, you won't find shared or free certification vouchers here. You can try these legitimate ways to earn or receive a discount: 

     

    - Keep an eye on Salesforce events such as TrailblazerDX, Dreamforce, and Salesforce World Tours, where certification discounts are sometimes offered. 

    - Participate in Trailhead Quests and Trailblazer Community challenges, which occasionally include certification vouchers as rewards. 

    - Check with your employer or Salesforce Partner, as they may have certification benefits or available vouchers. 

     

    Best of luck with your MuleSoft Developer Level 1 exam!
