#CertificationsI just took the Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist exam in Spanish, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The translation was so poor that some questions were genuinely difficult to understand. I chose to take the exam in my native language to avoid confusion under pressure, but the Spanish version ended up being even more confusing than English.
It’s incredibly frustrating to spend time preparing for an exam and then struggle to understand the questions because of the quality of the translation. I honestly did not expect such a poor translation from Salesforce, especially for a professional certification exam.

I am currently facing an issue with Trailhead Academy while attempting to register for a Salesforce Certification exam using the following URL: https://trailheadacademy.salesforce.com/certificate/exam-sharing-visibility---Plat-Arch-205
While proceeding with the registration, I am only able to see the “Test Center” option. The “Online” option, which should normally be available, is not visible. Due to this, I am unable to schedule my exam in online mode.
Additionally, this issue is not limited to a specific certification. I am observing the same behavior across multiple certification exams, where the Online option is consistently unavailable.
I have already raised a case with Salesforce Support regarding this issue. However, it has been in “New” status for the past 3 weeks without any update or response.

What version of financial services cloud is the delivered Account object NAICS field and description available? I cannot find this in the documentation and am trying to refer to this for a question. Any help is appreciated, thanks!
It looks like NaicsCode and NaicsDesc fields have been available on Account at least since Spring '14 (API version 30.0).

@Sagar Vaidya OnVUE's network check is stricter than a normal browser. A connection that feels fine can still fail it if a VPN, proxy, or firewall is in the way, or if the speed drops while the proctoring app is open.
The app closing on its own is usually that check failing, or something else sitting on top of the exam. Quit VPN, extra monitors, screen share, and overlays, then run the OnVUE system test on the same machine before you try the exam again. Don't keep relaunching a session that already crashed.
Reschedule from the same appointment you booked, while it's still open to change. If the slot has already closed or it's marked as a no-show, I can't move it from here. Open a certification support case and include the time it crashed. Don't buy another attempt until they tell you the first one is still usable.
Hi everyone!
For past three weeks I had troubles with scheduling and paying for Salesforce exam.
First, I tried to schedule exam and my payment failed, tried to use another card, it failed again. After this strike Pearson blocked my account.
It took me a whole week to unlock it with a help of Salesforce Support.
Once unlocked, I noticed that I am still unable to pay (I contacted my bank, they say there was no payment request, card has money on it and I never had any troubles with paying using this card).
The only message once payment failed I get is
"Uh oh! We're unable to process your payment. Please call your card issuer for further details".
Salesforce Support suggested me buying voucher and paying for exam using voucher.
Frankly, here I faced another problem of not being able to reach the site where I can buy vouchers:
Cleared cache, cookies, tried from anonymous window.
Tried using Visa and Mastercard.
Not using any VPN.
Tried using VPN.
Nothing.
Contacting Pearson support unfortunately is not quite pleasant experience.
Moreover, to talk to their support I have to use paid phone line, which makes it even more
ridiculous: I have to pay them to help me pay for the exam.
I still have Salesforce Support ticket open, but it takes them a while to reply and all the advices I am getting are: reload, clear cache, use anonymous window... This does not help.
I am really tired and will appreciate any kind of help.

@shefali tanwar Salesforce has moved to trailhead academy to manage its certifications and test taker is Pearson now.
I'm registering for the Agentforce Specialist exam for the first time, and it is asking for a 200 USD Fee. Is it because I'm only able to schedule the exam in January 2026? It's not showing any available slot for December 2025.
