The Salesforce Military program is a free, self-paced program designed to help our members (current and transitioning military service members and their spouses, and veterans from all eras) learn in-demand tech skills, earn highly sought after Salesforce certifications and connect with hiring partners to launch their career in tech.

Salesforce Military supports 18+ Salesforce certifications. Available options include Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, and the certifications needed for someone on the path to architect. This program is ideal for those just getting started on their Salesforce journey to those with experience and interested in growing their Salesforce career!

Our training is delivered in bite-sized modules that you can complete at a pace that works for you! For those that served or their spouse served in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand, have your SheerID login credentials handy, visit our registration page and follow the steps for the applicable registration. You'll complete a quick form and verify your eligibility through SheerID. Once complete you'll receive an email with the next steps for getting started!
Once you join, you'll select a career goal. Most new members choose the Salesforce Administrator path as it's a prerequisite for other advanced certifications. After your goal is selected, you'll follow a curated learning path that, at completion, earns you a voucher to attend an optional Trailhead Academy course and/or a voucher to take to the exam. All at no cost to our members! Leverage the 90,000+ community members to explore next steps after earning that first certification.
