I am having a difficult time working through a dedicated and structured pipeline for Admin Certification. I work full time and heave spent evenings over the last 8 weeks completing courses. I am finding now that in the Data Security Module I run into prereq items not being aligned with my current trail. When I first started it was even worse and I was all over the place and now my trails & trail mixes are a mess. I'd appreciate any guidance anyone is willing to provide. Thanks!

I'm getting ready to take a certification exam. Do any of you know how to receive the certification exam voucher that is offered to the military members?

Good afternoon Military Trailblazers,

My name is Tyrone and I have been on this journey for my Salesforce Certification since 2019. I fell off this road back in 2020 during COVID-19 and was struggling to get back on track. I am now able to start back fresh but I'm a little older now so I don't think there are many companies out there that will want to hire someone like me. I need a mentor who can give me purpose, direction, and motivation. I have more questions but I'll save them for later.

I already submitted a support case ticket. When attempting to schedule my admin exam, I was given an error message that the code had already been used when putting in the voucher code for payment. 

This was support response, "Thank you for contacting Trailhead Help. We are more than willing to provide information about your voucher code. After reviewing your voucher code information, we can confirm that your voucher code has already been used to register an exam. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a replacement voucher, as it is the test taker's responsibility to keep their voucher codes secure upon being issued and to use them in a timely manner. We are deeply sorry if this presents an inconvenience, however compensation cannot be provided."

I have not used this code yet nor have I shared it, how can it be used and given to me and still my responsibility because it was used prior?

I have been medically retired since 2016. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; however it is time for me to scale back and explore another career. For my entire military career I sacrificed myself

and my family. I no longer want to do this, my values have shifted. I am seeking a company who is veteran friendly and respects me and my family time. With all that being said…I am a veteran wanting to work at Salesforce remotely…what is best track for me. Given I have a Bachelors and Masters degree with no formal tech experience.
