Hello,

I already have a trailhead account and a existing playground from previous modules. When launching the playground to complete 'Quick Start: Einstein Copilot Module' and try and search for 'Einstein setup' per step 3 of 'Get to Know Copilot Action' section, i do have any matching items. 

In full transparency, i skipped the 'Sign Up for a Trial Org with Einstein Generative AI' because im already setup and did not want to create multiple accounts.

Hi there,

I have created Einstein Data Library and uploaded a text file, however when I try to remove it, it keeps showing error, the same happen when delete library.

My library is fresh and has no link to any Agent, Action or Prompt Builder.

Does anyone know the cause of this ?

I have started with Einstein copilot basic trailhead , to enable Einstein copilot I am using a free trial org for the same. In one of the step as per trailhead I am not able to click on Edit icon next to Enrich event logs with conversation data.

Please help with this issue so that I can continue my trailhead learning.

I have created a flow by using http callout and used anypoint platform api in that. I want to pass my API response to LLM and ask anything related to that response from the Eisntien Copilot but it is only responding the response that I have mapped for the output, Can anyone please tell me how can I achieve this? Can we use LLM for other APIS or is it only work for the salesforce CRM?

Hi all,

I have been creating a series of Field Generation  prompt templates/corresponding fields for the past few months which have been working fine in my Org. When configured, I can click on the button on the Lightning Record Page (dynamic form enabled) to re-run the prompt. Normally when I do this, a Copilot window would open to the side and generate the output of my prompt (that part still happens) and then under the output would be a button that says "Use" which I could click and it would paste the results to the field (that is is no longer showing). So now I see the output but no "Use" button.

This is happening on all my field generation enabled fields, even the ones I created weeks/months ago. Has anyone seen anything odd like this happen to them? Please let me know thank you!!
