Missed exam appointment

Hi all,

I missed my scheduled exam time for the Certified Revenue Management Consultant exam. The appointment was originally booked using a voucher.

When I try to re-register, the system gives an error and will not accept the voucher code. What is the standard procedure here? Can Trailhead Help reissue the voucher, or is it forfeited once an appointment is missed?

     Sorry to hear that! I’d open a case with Trailhead Help or Salesforce Certification Support and include your voucher code, exam name and the missed appointment date and time. Getting error while validating challenge. I have completed all the steps according to the module. Any solution for this ?

    Salesforce Support has confirmed that this is a known issue. 

     

    Workaround to complete the challenge

    : Creating a new Org again from scratch and repeating the steps fixed the issue.  

     

    To create a new Org using the button "

    Create Playground" on the unit, you should create a normal Playground from Profile > Hands-On Orgs

    section. 

    This will allow you to

    Disconnect existing Einstein AI Playground

    from your Trailhead profile. 

    Once the exisiting Playground is disconnected, you will see "

    Create Playground

    " button on the unit once again, you can use the same to initiate the creation of new Einstein AI Playground and repeat the steps. 

    This has worked for me & I was able to complete the badge.

Step not yet complete in Einstein AI. We can’t find a Field Generation Prompt Template named Quick Summary.

For the Get Started with Prompt Builder, I created the Field Generation Prompt Template 'Quick Summary' for the first time in my playground and misspelled it as 'Quick summary' (with a small 's'). API name also took small 's' in summary automatically. I have completed the exercise successfully but when Salesforce tries to verify and give me points, it fails to find the  Field Generation Prompt Template named Quick Summary. I am unable to mark this complete and move on to the Prompt Builder Templates Superbadge Unit. I tried to create a new version of the prompt template but it gives the same error again. How do I resolve this?

I'm studying Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional (AP-204) exam. I'm having real difficulty finding material to better understand this cloud and how I can become an AP-204 on it. For example, how do I configure it, or where do I get the data that feeds the dashboards.

Seeking Clarification on the 75% Discounted Salesforce Certification Voucher Process

Hello Trailblazers,

I’m currently training to become a Salesforce Developer at AJ Skill Development, and I would like to seek clarification regarding the Salesforce certification voucher process.

Recently, our academy announced a program offering a 75% discounted Salesforce certification voucher. We were asked to complete specific Trailhead modules, and after completing all the required modules, I was selected for the eligible candidates list.

However, the academy is now asking us to pay the remaining 25% of the exam fee directly to them, stating that they will purchase the voucher from Salesforce and provide it to us.

I would like to understand whether this is the official process. My understanding is that discounted exam vouchers can be redeemed through the official Salesforce certification platform, where the candidate pays any remaining exam fee during checkout, subject to the voucher's terms and conditions.

My questions are:

- Is it an official and approved process for a training institute to collect the remaining 25% payment before providing a Salesforce certification voucher?

- Can partner training institutes purchase vouchers on behalf of candidates and collect the payment directly?

- Is there an official Salesforce resource or support channel where I can verify the legitimacy of this process before making a payment?

I have heard of other training programs offering fully discounted certification vouchers, so I would appreciate clarification on how these programs differ.

I want to be clear that I am not making any allegations against the academy. I simply want to verify the process and ensure that everything follows Salesforce's official guidelines before proceeding with payment.

Could anyone from the Salesforce community or someone familiar with the official certification voucher process please guide me?
