Unable to pay for Salesforce exam or buy voucher. Fail to schedule my exam on Pearson Vue.

Hi everyone! 

 

For past three weeks I had troubles with scheduling and paying for Salesforce exam. 

 

First, I tried to schedule exam and my payment failed, tried to use another card, it failed again. After this strike Pearson blocked my account. 

It took me a whole week to unlock it with a help of Salesforce Support.  

Once unlocked, I noticed that I am still unable to pay (I contacted my bank, they say there was no payment request, card has money on it and I never had any troubles with paying using this card). 

The only message once payment failed I get is 

"Uh oh! We're unable to process your payment. Please call your card issuer for further details".Unable to pay for Salesforce exam or buy voucher. Fail to schedule my exam on Pearson Vue.

 

 

 

Salesforce Support suggested me buying voucher and paying for exam using voucher.  

Frankly, here I faced another problem of not being able to reach the site where I can buy vouchers:Vouchers.png

 

 

 

Cleared cache, cookies, tried from anonymous window.  

Tried using Visa and Mastercard. 

Not using any VPN. 

Tried using VPN. 

Nothing. 

 

Contacting Pearson support unfortunately is not quite pleasant experience.  

Moreover, to talk to their support I have to use paid phone line, which makes it even more 

ridiculous: I have to pay them to help me pay for the exam.  

 

I still have Salesforce Support ticket open, but it takes them a while to reply and all the advices I am getting are: reload, clear cache, use anonymous window... This does not help.  

 

I am really tired and will appreciate any kind of help.

Agentforce Specialist Exam AI-201 Asking For 200$ FEE

I'm registering for the Agentforce Specialist exam for the first time, and it is asking for a 200 USD Fee. Is it because I'm only able to schedule the exam in January 2026? It's not showing any available slot for December 2025.

     Goal achieved! I passed my AI-201 exam after staying consistent with my preparation and practicing with Exam4Lead.com

How can I verify if I have completed the Agentic Workflow Automation Quest form? If not how i can do that

Hi Trailblazers,

 

I'm currently working through the Get Started with AIforce Quest Trailmix, but I'm not sure whether I successfully submitted the Agentic Workflow Automation Quest form.

Is there a way to verify my submission? Will I receive a confirmation email, see a status update in Trailhead, or is there another method to confirm that my entry has been recorded?

I'd appreciate any guidance from anyone who has already completed the quest.

    I don't know of an official way to look up a quest form entry inside Trailhead. These are the things I would check: 

     

    1. Your email: Search your inbox and spam folder for a confirmation mail from Salesforce or Trailhead. Many web forms send one right after you submit. If the form showed a "thank you" or confirmation screen when you submitted, that is usually a good sign the entry was received.
    2. The Trailmix itself: Open the quest Trailmix and check that every item is marked complete, including the rules item ("Mark as Complete"). The quest steps and the form are separate, so completing the Trailmix does not prove that the form was submitted.
    3. The Official Rules: The quest page links to the Official Rules. They usually explain how entries are counted, the deadline, and who to contact. Please also check the end date of your quest, because quests have a closing date.
    4. Contact support: If you still cannot confirm it, you can open a case through Trailhead Help (help.salesforce.com, then "Contact Support" for Trailhead) and ask them to check your entry. Please do not submit the form again unless the rules allow it, because duplicate entries may not be accepted.

    Hope this helps. If anyone has completed this quest and received a confirmation email or a status update, please share what you saw.

    Welcome to the ecosystem, Luan. A few tips that help most people coming through a sales and CRM certificate: 

     

    1) Practise in a real org, not just videos. Sign up for a free Developer Edition or use your Trailhead Playground, and rebuild what each lesson covers: create leads, convert them, move opportunities through stages, and build a simple report and dashboard. 

     

    2) Pair the course with Trailhead. The Admin Beginner trail and the Sales Cloud modules use the same objects you will see in the certificate, and the hands-on challenges check your work automatically. 

     

    3) Learn the data model early. Understanding how Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities relate makes reports, automation and later certifications much easier. 

     

    4) Pick a next certification. Many people go to Salesforce Certified Associate first and then Administrator. The official exam guides list the exact topics and weightings, so study against those. 

     

    5) Build one small portfolio project, for example a simple sales pipeline with a validation rule, a Flow and a dashboard, and write down what you built. It is useful in interviews.

Need guidence on financial service cloud Exam

Hi All, I have registered for FSC exam and I am going through official webinars and hands on, also checked exam book guide 

, the webinars mostly covers about fsc introduction, person account ,househould, action template, omnistudio and many more but exam guide don't suggest these topic. Anyone in the group please guide me what should be the path to crack FSC exam and is there any official questions book or some tips so I can get some hands on for questions. 

I am really looking for one of the mentor who can guide me for same.

     The exam guide is your main reference, so build your study plan around its topics and weightings. Webinars often cover extra material, so use them only as support. Salesforce doesn't publish an official question book, but QA4Exam has FSC practice questions with a free demo you can try.

How can I re-enable online proctored Salesforce certification exams?

Hi everyone,  Last year, the option to take Salesforce certification exams online was disabled on my account. Since then, I have only been able to see the testing-centre option.  I would now like to take my Salesforce certification exams through the online

     I'd suggest contacting Salesforce Certification Support and asking them to review your account's online exam option. QA4Exam has practice questions with a free demo to use while you wait.

Online exam option is not visible for me end

Hi All! Planning to take an Agentforce Specialist exam this coming Oct 10th and I don't see any online exam option. My hometown is faraway from the testing centers option listed. Can someone help me?  

 

I already log a case.

     I'd suggest contacting Salesforce Certification Support directly and asking about online proctored options or other test centers. While you wait, you can practice with QA4Exam, which has a free demo.

No clear instructions on which permission to select in this module

Hi everyone, for this module "Control What Your Users Can Access", all the instructions are based on "select the permissions you want", but I have no idea which to choose, so I'm doing it randomly, is it okay to proceed like this?  

 

I wonder if that's the reason I can't follow the steps to complete the final challenge for the "Account Access" permission set. In the "Enable Account Object Permissions" step,  all the boxes of "read, edit" etc are all grayed out and I can't change a thing. Please help me, I'm struggling a lot at this module.

    Hello everyone, thanks for your help.  

     

    Turns out I was trying to create the permission directly in the "Permission Set Groups" instead of "Permission Sets". I could create the permission set there and the edit button was there so I could select it all.
