I need to be able to have a button in Digital Engagement to change agents in a conversation and that when changing agents the new agent can continue the conversation with the client. I tried to make a flow that changes the owner of the messaging session but although the flow works and changes the owner correctly, the new owner cannot continue writing

    Not really, what I need is a button so that a third party can change the conversation to a supervisor user or some other role with permission when the owner of the conversation is not available and it needs to be sent to another specific user.

I have doubts about the availability of tracking data related to whatsapp sendings. Are they present in the dataviews? or are they only present in datorama and via tracking extract in automation studio?

 

Do you have any solutions in this case?

    Hi Alex!

     

    -Dataviews: generally dont provide whatsapp send/receive data by default

    -Datorama: can be used to analyze whatsapp data if integrated properly

    -Automation studio: allows for extracting whatsapp tracking data through Tracking Extracts

     

    in short, for full whatsapp tracking and reporting, you will likely need to rely on Tracking Extracts in Automation Studio or Datorama, assuming your whatsApp messaging is properly integrated with these systems

    The Whatsapp Channel is working okay, just the bot doesn't fire, the chat goes straight in Omni-Channel' queue.

Hi there. I am setting up new a journey builder and want to try whatsapp for the first time. We have it all setup now, but I only want to send a fallback SMS if whatsapp doesnt send. Does anyone know how? I dont really want to send both.
