I need to be able to have a button in Digital Engagement to change agents in a conversation and that when changing agents the new agent can continue the conversation with the client. I tried to make a flow that changes the owner of the messaging session but although the flow works and changes the owner correctly, the new owner cannot continue writing
Not really, what I need is a button so that a third party can change the conversation to a supervisor user or some other role with permission when the owner of the conversation is not available and it needs to be sent to another specific user.
