I continue to receive Salesforce notifications for systems where my user has been IN-Active for several months. While I cannot provide a screenshot obviously, this situation is nonetheless inconvenient. I kindly request that Salesforce address this issue to ensure notifications are only sent to active users.

Trailmix Follower insights needed

We all ❤️ TrailheadGO to learn on the go, but it would be very convenient, to have the ability to filter on already solved badges, trails, and projects and show only "uncompleted" modules.

As it stands this hinders our ability to push users to use the email action in Cases. We've been pushing users to leverage quick text in Case emails; it is really inconvenient if our users can't rely on the recipient list.

Case Email Action should honor predefined To Recipients all the time

Did you know that people get redirected to a community login page instead of a 404 redirect when they hit archived knowledge articles? Yea, I know! This is a frustrating experience for our community members. Please vote up @Mirna Lessinger 's idea to change this negative experience and have archived pages redirect to 404 pages instead. We have a 404 page that links back to our community search, so that's a MUCH better experience than hitting a login page, only to be told the page is invalid anyways. Thank you!
