Error creating playground for Marketing Cloud Next Email Sending Essentials badge

Hi Trailblazer Community, 

 

I'm trying to start the badge Marketing Cloud Next Email Sending Essentials under the Data 360: Develop and Build Solutions trail, but I'm unable to create the required playground org.

Whenever I click on Create Playground, I get the following error message:

Error creating playground for Marketing Cloud Next Email Sending Essentials badge

 

 

I tried refreshing and waiting, but the issue persists. Has anyone else encountered this problem or found a fix?

    Hi @Santosh Gund

     

     

    I opened a case and received the following response. I think the only option is to wait until the matter is resolved. 

     

    Please be informed that the team is working internally to add more capacity to spin up the orgs related to orgfarm orgs related to the Trailhead.

I can't download the "Playground"

I don't see either Playground Starter App nor Playground, I got this error after clicking https://sfdc.co/InstallPlaygroundStarterApp

, how to solve this please?

How do I create and connect a new Agentforce playground?

I'm trying to complete Quick Start: Build Your First Agent with Agentforce and unfortunately am facing a lot of errors. I'd like to start from scratch with a new playground, but I'm not seeing an option in the Quick Start to do so.

    Hi, @Charlotte Doud

     

    To create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org, you need to delete the current one, and only after that will you be able to create a new one.

     

    To delete/disconnect Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground, you need to follow these steps:

    1. Open the list of your Playgrounds (SF Orgs) at https://trailhead.salesforce.com/users/profiles/orgs.

    2. Create a new "standard" Playground.

    3. Once the Playground is created, you will be able to delete/disconnect the Agentforce/Data Cloud Playground.

     

    Now you can create a new Agentforce/Data Cloud Org.

Data storage - how to remove records?

I've deleted some custom objects due to data storage issues in the playground. The sobj are now deleted but data storage still showing records in those sobj. Recycle bin does not count toward storage used.

Any idea, why data storage (setup --- data storage) still showing # of records in those objects? and how can i delete those to claim some working space?

    hi adil! when you delete records (not the objects), Salesforce doesn't free up the storage right away. The records are moved to the Recycle Bin and still count toward your storage until you permanently delete them.

Hands On Org Name does not match the URL that's launched

Hi there, 

So I've been trying to complete hands on challenges but I've noticed that the name of the "Hands-On Org" I've chosen, for example, "Resilient Impala Playground" does not match the URL that's popped-up/displayed. For example, it will start with something like "

https://empathetic-fox

". I thought they were supposed to match. Am I missing something? I've created new playgrounds and attempted to launch them and received the same type of result. I suppose I can rename them but I'm just not sure why they're being created with this mismatch. I appreciate any tips or help. Thanks!

Not able to Get OTP on my mail for play ground creation for einstein.

Able to login to trail head.. while creating playground.not getting further steps for password reset. Need help.

Trailhead Playground Creation Stuck for 3 Weeks

  My Trailhead Playground has been in the “Creating” state for about 3 weeks and has not completed. Because of this, I am unable to create or use any new playgrounds.  

 

 Could you please help resolve this issue or reset the playground creation process?

I cannot create a playground. I know I had this issue in the past, but I can't remember how I've solved it. I know that someone from salesforce customer support deleted some of my past playgrounds, or something like that.

What do you do when a playground won't get created?

I'm trying to complete a hands on challenge and I keep getting an error saying it could not create my data cloud and Einstein Playground.  I have tried refreshing.  I have tried waiting an hour and then trying again.  Nothing is working.

    Hello@Frank Defesche,

    •  try to clear  browser cookies and cache ,refresh the page or try with different browser
    • try to relaunch the playground,

Cannot reset Einstein AI Playground Password (over 24 hours?)

Get Started with Prompt Builder

Reset Your Einstein AI Playground Password

Follow these steps:

  • From the email, copy the username and follow the password reset steps.
  • Come back here and click Connect Playground.
  • Log in with username epic.82131734466559286@orgfarm.th and your new password.

I searched and saw others had similar issue? I might have missed the email initially for 24 hours. I've tried to reset and again and got a new email but when I try, it fails and says "You cannot reset your password

You haven't selected an answer to your password hint. Try the following: Contact your company's administrator for assistance."

    @Nagendra Babu Pilli - the link you sent me forces me to chat with agentforce. No idea how to get help at this point.

     

    I saw in the other thread that you helped reset the einstein playground environment or helped delete test orgs to allow access. Are you able to do that for my ID i provided at the top of this thread? epic.82131734466559286@orgfarm.th - the link you sent me forces me to chat with agentforce.
