I am currently working through the module titled Get Started with Data Cloud and AI ( https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/connect-data-cloud-to-copilot-and-prompt-builder/get-started-with-data-cloud-and-ai?trail_id=build-ai-assistants-with-einstein-copilot )
I encountered an issue while trying to reset my Data Cloud and Einstein Playground password. After clicking on "Connect Playground" and selecting "Forgot Password," I did not receive any email to reset or create a new password for my playground.
Could anyone provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

@Michael Jordan In this case, you need to contact Salesforce Support and ask them to deactivate that Playground for you.
After that, you will be able to create a new one.

I have been facing the same issue. I also tried resetting the password directly from the password reset page and entering the username, whereby, I am able to submit the form successfully, however, I am not receiving any link. Also there is no option to resend the password link from the trailhead page itself. Its very frustrating.
The email is sent only once, specifically when you first click the "Create Playground" button.
It contains a link to activate the Playground, which is valid for 24 hours.
If you fail to activate it within that timeframe, you won't be able to activate it anymore. This is because password reset requests do not trigger any emails.
I recently faced a similar issue, so I contacted Salesforce Support and asked them to deactivate my unactivated Playground. After they did so, I was able to create a new Playground and activate it immediately.

Hi all, thanks for contributing to this feed, I'm having the same issue with the password reset email never being received while trying to create a Playground.
@Peter Phasha Usually, the email arrives immediately, but this happens when you CREATE an Einstein/Data Cloud/Agentforce AI Playground.
If you have previously created it but didn’t manage to activate it and are now trying to “reset the password” during authorization, the email won’t be sent.
In this case, you need to contact Salesforce Support and ask them to deactivate that Playground for you.
After that, you will be able to create a new one.
I had a similar situation, and it took two days to resolve the issue.

Good Day, experiencing the same password issue with the
Reset Your Data Cloud and Einstein AI Playground Password, not receiving the emails.

The issue is that to delete the current Org, you need to be able to log in to it in order to connect it to your Hands-On Orgs. However, since the problem is that the user cannot obtain a password to activate the SF Org, you need to contact the Salesforce Help Team and ask them to deactivate this SF Org for you. After that, you will be able to create a new one.
