Follow these steps:
- From the email, copy the username and follow the password reset steps.
- Come back here and click Connect Playground.
- Log in with username epic.82131734466559286@orgfarm.th and your new password.
I searched and saw others had similar issue? I might have missed the email initially for 24 hours. I've tried to reset and again and got a new email but when I try, it fails and says "You cannot reset your password
You haven't selected an answer to your password hint. Try the following: Contact your company's administrator for assistance."

I saw in the other thread that you helped reset the einstein playground environment or helped delete test orgs to allow access. Are you able to do that for my ID i provided at the top of this thread? epic.82131734466559286@orgfarm.th
