#Trailhead Challenge7 discussing

The Build with Agentforce Builder trail is not working since 'Topics' got renamed to 'Sub Agents'. Please sent the following thread.

I am stuck as I can only see 'SubAgents' but when going to 'check the challenge' I keep getting an error about Topics!

Hello,  

I keep getting a ERROR on the DEMO ORG Org Farm, when I click into the "Hands-on Challenge" and click launch, it tries to load and then says "Hit a Snag". I found a post that said restart everything, and I tried that twice. I am at a loss and now am late on finishing all my training due to this technical snag.  

 

Please help!

I’m following the Trailhead module for building a service agent using Agentforce Builder:     https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/quick-start-assemble-a-service-agent-with-agentforce-builder/build-with-agentforce-builder?trail_id=become-an-agentblazer-champion-2026   

However, I’m running into an issue in the Agentforce Builder UI. The guide refers to “subagents” in the Explorer panel, but in my org I only see “Topics” instead. I don’t see any option to view or manage subagents as shown in the module.

I’ve already tried creating a new org but seeing the same behavior there as well.

Because of this mismatch, I’m unable to follow the steps in the challenge—especially where it requires updating subagents.

Has anyone else encountered this? or am I  missing  something in my setup?

    Salesforce rebranded "Subagents" to "Topics" in a recent release. I would imagine the Trailhead content just hasn't caught up yet. They're the same thing functionally, so keep following the steps and just map "Topics" to wherever the module says "Subagents."

Hi all,   i am working the Trail (FY27 CKO Recap: Skill up with the Agentic Enterprise)  I cant follow the steps in the chapter "Review an Agent without Hybrid Reasoning" because i receive 3 Error notifications, which dont seem to be part of the trail:  Missing required input 'member_email' for action 'Get_Loyalty_Tier'

I keep getting this error " In the Laptop Pro Master Orchestration fulfillment workspace, we can’t find the ‘ShpOdr_ItemDel’ fulfillment step dependency definition. " in this trailhead https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/modules/complex-order-decomposition-and-orchestration-with-revenue-cloud/define-dependencies-and-fulfillment-scenarios

even though I do have ShpOder_ItemDel fullfillment step defined in the Laptop Pro Master Orchestration fullfillment workspace. Anybody having the same issue ?

    I had somehow generated multiple 'PickPck_ShpOdr' definitions and dependencies and could not see them in the UI. This was preventing the challenge check logic from finding the 'ShpOdr_ItemDel' dependency even though it existed. 

    Anyone stuck on this I suggest running these queries from dev console and try to spot any duplicate definitions that could cause an issue and deleting them all (duplicates and originals). 

     

    SELECT Id, Name FROM FulfillmentStepDependencyDef

     

    SELECT Id, Name FROM FulfillmentStepDefinition LIMIT 200

     

    If there is nothing obvious here - try deleting the Pick and Pack definition from that second query or from the UI and recreating them from the prior challenge : 

     

    1. In the Inventory Management step group section, click + Add Step.
    2. In the New Fulfillment Step Definition window, add these details.
      • Fulfillment Step Definition Name: Pick and PackCopy
      • Step Type: Manual Task
      • Assigned To: Your user record

I'm trying to complete the "Configure a Slack Agent in Salesforce challenge" as part of the Legend path. After following all the steps described in the challenge, I get this message.  

 

We can't find the action Create a Slack Canvas added to the TH Product Specialist agent. Ensure it's added to the agent and save your work.

 

However, when reviewing all the steps once again, the Create a Slack Canvas action is part of the TH product agent under Product Gaps as required. 

 

What could be causing this error?

RE: superbadge - agentforce service

 

Challenge2: Create the Booking Management Topic

 

I've successfully tested the agent with booking scenarios to ensure it correctly prompts for inputs, processes requests, and displays correct booking actions/changes and details... 

 

However this general error (below) is persisting when checking the challenge over 2 days 

FYI: I'm logged into both TH and SF hands-on org, and confirmed that the correct org is connected/launched. 

...Any thoughts/ideas?

    Hi @Sean Roberge-  Log out of Salesforce and Trailhead, then log back in

    If it still fails, go to the challenge page and create a new playground,
