Publication of a comment, by a a user (of the same or another user) , to a public post with mention in the comment to the official Instagram profile Client Page.

Im trying to add our Instagram to Social Studio.
I've already added our FB page to Instagram as well as adding the Instagram to our FB page.
I then tried to add Instagram as an account on Social Studio but I'm not able to add it.
Is there any other documentation other than this one?

Has anyone found a workaround with Social Studio + Instagram Direct Messenger? Our business generates more leads from the DMs on Instagram. We would like to trigger a contact or lead within our cloud from these inquires. Any comments would be helpful - Thx

I am new to the social studio and I have a doubt we have connected social studio with service cloud where we are creating a case in the service cloud using social studio and their service agent can directly apply from service cloud to the comment in a social post and also DM the person who has raised the case.
So it's working fine for FB, Insta, Twitter can anybody please help me with how we can do the same for LinkedIn.

Hello, we have setup a automate rule to set automatically a LABEL in a POST whenever there is a recurrence of a specific keyword in the body of the post; It works but the LABEL is visible only in the Post Engage section. we need to have that label associated automatically to the Post in the Publish section. How to set automatically a label in a POST that is then associated to that Post in the Publish section? Thanks Giuseppe
