#Pricing Guidance0 discussing

I know an organization who is interested in the Nonprofit Case Management licenses (nothing to do with this new Nonprofit Cloud stuff, as I've been working on this a couple of weeks now), and they were very interested in the capability of letting their clients log in and view where things are (I can't find the info on that now, but I recall seeing it on the .org site). I assumed this requires Experience Cloud (so that participants/clients can log in and view their case).

Experience Cloud is such a weirdly marketed product, I'm not sure which is needed for use with Nonprofit Case Management (Customer Community for Nonprofits or Experience Cloud for Nonprofits), so that is my first question. I think the answer here is Experience Cloud, but I'd like to be sure.

My second question is how the pricing works for the "per member" pricing as well as for the "per login" pricing. At one time, I had spoken with an AE who made it sound like "per login" wasn't nearly as simple as that sounded. I also suspect there is a minimum (or was I just crazy for being under the impression that Experience Cloud was super expensive?), is that the case?

I tried reaching out to powerofusdesk@salesforce.com last week, and sent a followup this week, but have yet to hear anything back. I figured these questions might be generic enough to ask here. Maybe we don't get into the nitty gritty of the actual prices, but how it works (e.g. which license is needed, what it means to pay for "1 login" per month vs "1 member" per month, if there are minimums).

Kind of a tricky situation. If you just want the community user to create a case then it is the Customer community (there are sharing rules). If you want the community member to create/manage then it is Community Cloud Plus (because it has sharing rules).WRT to Login-based licensing please refer to the section "What are login-based licenses?".  See details here.

Has anyone had any success configuring/using the new Pricing Guidance feature that's in Summer '19?

Summer '19 was pushed to our sandboxes over the weekend so I was anxious to give it a try. All of the documentation links are giving 404 errors so I'm winging it a bit. I believe I have guidance configured on a product, but the custom action icon refuses to appear in the QLE.

I assumed (and believe I'm correct, as my manually created record disappeared) that a QLPG record is only initialized and never really meant to be committed.
