We have created an automation rule, marketing automation qualification rule.  Is there a way I can measure the prospects who have qualified for this rule?

Hi @Lindsay Dixon! You can run a preview to see the Prospect records that will match the automation rule. You can also see all the records that match at the bottom of the automation once it's running.

I am new to Pardot.  I have created a form that have 5 "products interest " picklist field that is useful to send personalized interest emails in next step.

Now I have a task to send prospects interest related emails. Each product has 10 different sub-products.

How can I plan the next journey?

1. Should I create another form to capture which sub-product prospect is interested in?

2. Or should I display the key name of sub products in email template block and hyperlink with the respective web page?

3. Or should I create a carousel to display the sub products in email, but I have 10 sub products for each main product.

If anyone have a better suggestion, please share.

Thanks in advance.

Hi  @Shubham Jajoriya I imagine it will take time to be able to determine which sub-product of the main product that each prospect has an interested in. You are asking people to review 50 products and tell you which ones they are interested in. You could create Scoring Categories and create intro email cadences for each of the 5 products. For each product you could send an email series that includes custom redirects on links in the emails that are related to each of the 10 sub products. The custom redirect completion action would increase the score of the scoring category for the related sub product. If you do this for each product and sub product, you will be able to determine which sub products a prospect has interest in because they have higher scores in the scoring categories.

Created a "Add to Pardot List" be using following url

https://pi.demo.pardot.com/list/pullCrmCampaign/fid/{!Campaign.Id}/campaignName/{!URLENCODE(Campaign.Name)}/leadCount/{!Campaign.NumberOfLeads}/contactCount/{!Campaign.NumberOfContacts}?sessionid={!$Api.Session_ID}&serverurl={!$Api.Partner_Server_URL_90}

But when click on the "Add to Pardot List" button it does create the Campaign in Pardot, but its not showing up campaign members as prospect members

Note :-- campaign members are in pardot as prospects

You're probably trying to have this action do too many things at the same time. There are standard buttons for add to list and send prospect to AE already. Plus, if people in Account Engagement are added to a Salesforce campaign as members, you can create a dynamic list that pulls them by member status and type (lead or contact).   So I'm not sure what you're trying to achieve here.

Hi everyone,

I have a question on pardot campaign VS salesforce campaign.

At the moment when I send any emails from pardot, I link the completed actions to a child campaign in salesforce so that I can see all the reporting which eventually will be displayed in the parent campaign.

The problem is that I have to continuously create child campaigns under the parent which isn’t ideal. Is there a way that a parent campaign in salesforce can pull all the pardot email reporting without having to make multiple child campaigns?

Have you set it up in core? Also I forget if the template asks if you want to include it.

    Hello,

If you go into the Recycle Bin within Pardot Settings you should be able to restore.

    Thanks Tom

We've started to get more advanced with Tableau CRM and are using it more than SF Reports now at this point for our SalesForce/Pardot reporting and analytics. One issue I'm having though is that a SalesForce Report has the ability to add contacts/leads into a campaign but it doesn't appear that's possible in Tableau CRM widgets/lenses.

I know I could export a CSV/XLSX from the widget/lens and then upload that into a campaign, but that is clunky. Considering B2BMA/Tableau CRM is really the replacement for Pardot Reports (and considering this is a connected platform) that there is a way to do this without an export.
