Salesforce Email Log - email won't be associated with the recipient

Hi All,

I already looked at other similar issues on here but didn't find a solution; when I try to log an email from an Account, Salesforce shows me the error attached.

Anyone know if there is a way to fix this? (the part I've hidden in red is the email of the customer, which is also contained in the contacts of the Account).

    @Buyan thyagarajand Thank you! I think use cases mainly emerge when we face different business requirements, I'll share particular use cases if I come across any such business requirements in future.
