#Servicetrailblazers ,

I have not been able to figure this out: I need to display the percentage of escalated cases by month

Note: There is no true/false field for 'escalated'.

We have a date field that gets populated only for escalated cases (date of esc), as well as a picklist field.

a) I created a bucket field for the picklist field.

b) I created a Summary Formula field to be able to read the actual Escalation % in the report.

I am currently able to display escalated versus non-escalated cases in a 100% stacked bar chart successfully. However, the % is only visible when you hover over the sections, and it's hard to read.

1. Problem: How do I display the actual % values in a dashboard to be easily readable?

2. End goal: Ideally we only want to see the % of Escalated cases, not the % of non-escalated cases in a graph.

Thank you for any help you can provide.

Not that I can think of, unfortunately. If you want a single number for each month for the chart, you'll need to have a checkbox or numeric field (like a power-of-one) on the object to use in the custom summary formula. It doesn't look like row-level formulas will let you reference a picklist or checkbox field, and row-level formulas can't be referenced in a summary formula.

From your first screenshot, if you change the chart type to "column" instead of "stacked column" and then set the X-axis to Close Date and add a sub-grouping on the X-axis for your "Escalated?" bucket field, then set your "Esc %" summary formula as the value for the Y-axis, you should get a chart similar to what Steve showed, which may suffice for your needs.

I'm very excited to announce that registration is now open for the next round of @Amplify Study Groups! I'll keep this survey open until the end of the month before starting to put groups together, so hurry and sign up if you're interested:

https://www.getfeedback.com/r/BDfMNvQb

I hope that most groups can kick off in early July. We're looking for either participants or facilitators in this survey. If a lot of people sign up for a group but we don't have a facilitator, it won't work. Likewise, if someone wants to facilitate a group but we don't have enough participants, that won't work either. I included questions for time zone and preferred meeting time to make for easier scheduling once groups are formed. Feel free to share the survey link with anyone. I'll be giving preference to Girlforce Members as it often happens that we can't accommodate everyone interested.

If you sign up to facilitate and we have enough participants to form a group, don't worry, I'll work with you to make sure you have everything you need. It's not a huge investment of your time once the group gets going. It's the participants who are on the line to prepare content for their fellow participants, not the facilitators!

Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks to all for making the Girlforce Study Group program so successful!

I'm looking for a general onboarding training schedule for new SF admins. Doesn't have to be detailed, but even a checklist would be helpful. Like: take these 4 trailheads, practice creating a field, practice creating email alert, create a pipeline report, practice mass updating 10 leads using dataloader, etc.

Anyone got one or know of a good website? Google search yielded little for me.

When I view my list of contacts I can see email addresses and general info, however when I open recently uploaded contacts, the email address is no longer visible. How do I access hidden contact content?

Big news all :)  I am so happy to announce that I have been hired to join the #Trailhead team to work with @Chris Duarte , @Sandeep Bhanot, and the rest of the gang on making Trailhead even more amazing. If you haven't checked it out yet (um...have you been living under a rock?) you absolutely should http://trailhead.salesforce.com

I will be sad to leave the Non-Profit that I've worked at for 17 years #MicDrop , but I couldn't think of a better company to move to. I completely believe in the Salesforce platform and love the passion that the people in this team bring to user education.

Have no fear though, I will still be writing my blog, helping admins learn to code at womencodeheroes.com, and working with the rest of the RAD Women leaders to teach women learn to program on the force.com platform.

Onward and upward!

We are a NP with a limited budget, looking to improve quality of data we get from our online store. Specifically, we want accurate record type and amounts entered. Current payment gateway is C &P, ecomm is Woo Commerce. Currently, donations enter correctly from website, store purchases just show up as donations, amounts don't include tax/shipping, and there is no way to actually tell between store purchase and donation.

I'm trying to run a report that will allow me to see contact details, while still separating it by opportunity. If I run an opportunity report, I'm only able to get the primary contact name. I'd like to be able to see all of the primary contacts details as if I was pulling a contact report, but by searching by their donation history. Is this possible?

Or maybe try the Opportunities with Contact Roles report type and filter for Primary equals TRUE to make sure you're only getting hard credit and not any soft credit donors?
