#Login Attempt0 discussing

I am the org admin and I created a test account to use in an environment we just set up, specifically for Salesforce iOS. However, every time I log in with the test account, I get the error pictured. It takes me through MFA, and the login is deemed successful on the admin side, but I am not actually able to access anything on the user side.

The app runs fine on my main account, so I'm not sure what the disconnect is. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this (specific permissions that should be checked, or otherwise)?

Our technical team is receiving the following error when using an automated process to login:

ERROR: Post https://login.salesforce.com/services/Soap/u/37.0: dial tcp: lookup login.salesforce.com on XX.XX.XX.XX:XX: dial udp XX.XX.XX.XX:XX: i/o timeout

DNS resolves correctly per tech department, but they are stumped about this. Does anyone have experience with this error?

If a user is inactive will you still see a login attempt in their login history?

We are running into a problem where a user in Omni-Channel is getting a login attempt failed when trying to go online?  We are testing this with a single user and the user is assigned to the permission set, queue, presence configuration and presence status.  Also, we used the setup wizard to create omni-channel.  Any suggestion on what could be the issue here?

    Hi,

There could br some issue with routing config. Can you try switch to lightning, goto service setup and run the wizard to setup omni channel and then live chat.

    Regards

Salesforce Login Issue- These days I am facing issues when somebody is creating users in their org for me. I can not login and continuously I am getting the error message as below-

Your login attempt has failed. The username or password may be incorrect, or your location or login time may be restricted. Please contact the administrator at your company for help.

Can you please share if somebody know the issue.

This can also happen if users bookmark their initial login screen that's generated from the email.

Anyone else having problems logging in on the Dreamforce app on iOS? Just downloaded it and get the Your login attempt has failed notification. I tested my other Salesforce apps and sites and no problems.

Getting stuck for me on Android too. Buggy apps and processes seem to be becoming the norm of Salesforce stuff :-(
