Hello - I need to use a Pardot form handler to translate values from a multi-select field. Is this something that form handlers can handle on their own, or do I need to do something special with my form in order to get those text values into Pardot? I'm trying to set up a first conversion utm field, and thus want to set up a rule that copies the utm value to a FC_utm field if the FC_utm is blank. There doesn't seem to be any way to automate this in pardot automation rules, and the form handlers tests I've been doing are overwriting my test data. Any ideas on how I could automate updating the FC_utm without overwriting?

I have used the Pardot form handler in my page and used success URL as referring URL. But when the form is submitted the URL is changed to base address.

Example: if the form is at x.com/y/z on form submissions the URL is changed to x.com.

Shouldn't the URL remain the same and, if not, is there any way to make it?

I recently enabled Connected Campaigns for a handful of campaigns that will always be the Pardot source campaign for acquired prospects.  I also use Form Handlers to do things like 'add to list' and 'add to CRM campaign' when someone fills out a form on our website.  After enabling connected campaigns, my form handlers can no longer add to a CRM campaign unless it is a connected campaign.  I don't want to convert the dozens of other SF campaigns to connected campaigns, because they will never be the source campaign for new prospects.  Is there a workaround available for me to be able to add someone to an 'unconnected' SF campaign from Pardot when they fill out a form on the website?

Good morning- I'm getting ready to create a form handler to connect a Zoom Reg page to Pardot- if a Prospect makes updates to any fields, will that change automatically carry over? Seem like a logical yes, but i just want to confirm. 

Hi, I have a problem with the prospect submitted to the form handler. Different people submitted the form with the same email are treated as the same prospect in Pardot. This is not acceptable for my business perspective. Also, I knew that Pardot has an AMPSEA function but don't know how it works. When I tried to submit a form handler with different laptop (same email with different name), it supposed to be different cookies and Pardot will create 2 different prospects but it seems not like that. Anyone can help me with this? This issue is with me for a long time and I cannot find a way to solve this. Thanks in advance!! #AMPSEA #Form Handlers

Hi Team,

Client's website has Sitecore forms on their website and we have our tracker code appended to their website. 

The problem I am facing here is that in Pardot I can see the visitor activities, but on new prospects that are being created I can't see any activities.

Our prospect creation is a reverse process where on the form submission a lead will be created in salesforce first and then it will be sync to Pardot. Is this causing the issue?

Is there any option to solve this 

Will setting up the google tag manager solve this?

Or should the forms be connected to Pardot using form handlers to see the activities?

My client is using form handlers and would like to have unsubscribed prospects to be resubscribed once they submit their form handlers again. (Instead of opening preference center from an email sent from Pardot)

Does anyone here integrate with Zoom using form handlers? I'm trying to do this for the first time and I am running into problems — the form handler I set up isn't receiving information from Zoom and I don't see the form handler code in the Zoom registration page HTML.

We would like to use form handlers instead of the Pardot app for Zoom so that we don't hit our automations limit. Also, we are planning to run one particular webinar through a third party's Zoom account and form handlers seem like the easier option for that.

Hi, Pardot people. Can anyone confirm that they have a Zoom webinar set up using form handlers that is currently working (i.e., has passed registrations to Pardot in the last week)? I am having trouble setting this up for the first time and I am beginning to wonder if the problem might be that Zoom has discontinued whatever code on their side makes form handlers work. I've spoken to our Pardot consultant who assures me that I've set up the form handlers and the Zoom webinar correctly. Thanks!
