Hi everyone!

My name is Marc and am an American living in Italy. I have recently started my trailhead journey and am working frivolously toward my SF admin certification. I am wondering if there was anyone that is willing to connect with me and offer some advice finding their first role in the SF community.

I have my own company (partita iva in Italy) and am specifically interested in contract work. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Would love to hear from someone in EMEA or USA!

If I would like to get a job involving Salesforce what badges should I make sure to have?

    See badges are just to tell you which modules you have gain knowledge of, you can earn badges related to the profile that you are going for. For example, if you are targeting  Admin Job then go for Admin-related badges and trails if you want a developer job then go for apex, lightning component related modules. No doubt these badges proves your expertise but Salesforce certification will be needed for a particular profile to give more insights of how much a person have knowledge

Hello all,

In recent events I've come across fellow

#Admins who have recently found new opportunities and in #Changing Jobs #Employment they have come across the known hurdles of losing their old #SF Community

profile and having to recreate a new one.

Does anyone have tips / best practices on how to best handle or prepare for this migration? This assumes, like my colleagues, they have advance notice and are planning the transition.

For instance:

- Is there any way to download/export all those that follow you or that you follow?

- Same for groups, anyway to extract this info and then use it to rebuild?

Surely with all that
