Hi @* Quip *, and happy June!

We’ve got another great Circles of Success sessions coming this month! In this session, we’ll be focused on Salesforce Anywhere Templates, and  how to best use them. Templates help streamline and standardize your team’s processes and overall work, and Salesforce Anywhere adds another layer of functionality for your team to do this work faster.

As always, we’ll be joined by a Champion who will provide their own insight and experiences they’ve picked up along their Template journey.

Come ready to share about your own team’s templates have helped, what elements have worked, and any questions you may have!

Hi Everyone!

Quip Education is excited to announce that we'll be hosting another Circles of Success on August 27!

In this session, we're going to focus on Account Planning with Quip for Customer 360. We'll walk through what makes a successful Account Planning process, best practices, and examples. More importantly, this session is for you! We want to learn how you and your teams have built out your Account Plans, and what you've learned in doing so.

A Quip Champion will also join us to share their tips and tricks on how they strategized and built out their Account Planning process for their teams.

Since this is more of an informal session, we encourage you to:

- Engage by turning on your camera and microphone

- Come ready to share your best practices, stories and any examples you like

Interested? Register below!

Looking forward to discussing with you all!

Hi Everyone,

Happy Friday!

I wanted to let you know that Quip Education is hosting a Circles of Success session on July 23rd

Similar to how they operated at Dreamforce, these sessions are more informal and interactive discussions facilitated by a Quip expert.

For this first session we'll discuss and share approaches and best practices to effective organization in Quip.

A Quip Champion will also join us to share their tips and tricks on how they're successfully organizing their work virtual environment with their team.

All that being said, if you have effective methods of organization in Quip, and are willing to share them with others, we'd love to have you join us!

    @Ashley Hasman

I have a question on handling marketing cloud storage in Salesforce. Currently, for every email, approximately 3 records are stored in salesforce for click-throughs when we enable individual email results. This goes against the data storage in Salesforce causing pain. How are you handling data storage issues in salesforce with marketing cloud tracking results and is there an option to avoid it?

    Regards,

    Ankit

Hi we're trying to figure out how to convert to lightnining without having to spend the large amount of money that we're being quoted by developers (20K plus for a small company like us is a bit rediculous). Please HELP! we added in premier support but any ticket i open i'm being told it's custom code and not supported by SF support.
