Data Privacy(GDPR, CCPA, CPRA et. al.) are here for sometime. Many Salesforce customers are realizing that these are cross-border enforced and are getting caught off-guard :-(
To elaborate further on this, if you are not an EU based organization yet GDPR may apply....in case you are processing EU residents personal information. Same with CCPA, you may not be in California but if you have customers in California, then CCPA(and the upcoming CPRA) may be applicable.
In case you are wondering, what all controls and automation needs to be built or just want to learn more about CCPA/CPRA and how it impacts our CRM processes, then you should join our fireside chat scheduled for 10-March-2022.
Hi everyone,
As RevOps leaders, many of us work on reports used during board presentations. This can be difficult as we're sometimes unsure about what to include and how in-depth to go.
If you've experienced this, I invite you to join an upcoming panel my team's hosting on preparing reports for the board. Joining the discussion are Salesforce MVP David Carnes, Ann Neir, VP of Revenue Operations at Cockroach Labs, Toby Carrington, EVP of Global Operations at Seismic, and Kory Knell, SVP of Operations at RainFocus.
They're discussing how to create a narrative, what to include in presentations, and how company maturity affects what to include.

Hi Team,
Is anybody familiar with an app that allows us to view salesforce releases within Salesforce? I vaguely recall Salesforce having their own app for this.
I found this one on the appexchange but it hasn't been updated recently and only has one review from this year: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/appxListingDetail?listingId=a0N30000000pubREAQ
Is anybody familiar with any such tools?

Dec 21, 2021, 5:06 PM Hi, @Shannon Resch Thank you for taking an interest in the app. I can see that you have installed it and you would normally get a welcome note explaining that the sample data is in a spreadsheet in the Release Manager document folder.
However, sorry to say, Release Manager is no longer supported and there will not be any further issues of release related data.
I am currently working towards full retirement of the app from the AppExchange.
