In the summer 23 there is a new beta solution call 'User Access Policy' for entreprise and unlimited Edition. Do you know why this beta solution isn't in the new Education Cloud ?

Except for the Help documentation from Salesforce regarding the new Education Cloud, i didn't find any Up to date documentation. (That means : Not regarding EDA et K12 solutions). Do you heard about something new except this one?

Thanks but all these links refer to the previous version of Education Cloud. The first part of the new version is currently available and the 2 others parts will be available on the 2 next release. That"s for this new Education Cloud i'm looking for training materials.

Which type of flow you are using?
Record Triggered flow means Triggering Object is Account then Insert Get all Contact records which is related to the triggered account record by giving the coditions of Account Id and Status Field

@Kushi Schusterman that is a valid point. I was just thinking, if the school organization had already invested money into an SIS (for example, my school district uses Skyward), that may a way to utilize what they already have. It would be much better, though, to have one built into Salesforce! I believe it would make it easier to organize the data into reports.
Do you know of any good practice tests or study guide books that are available for the education cloud consultant certification?

How can I control the values in the Role and Status fields in affiliations by changing the primary department field in Contact object?
Currently, when I fill the primary department field (in the Contact object) as an administrative account, an affiliation record is created. In the affiliation, the role is left vacant, and the status is auto-filled with "Current".
