I want to send email to all affiliated contacts with status value "Current" from account Object . In flow how to select the status field?

Which type of flow you are using?

Record Triggered flow means Triggering Object is Account then Insert Get all Contact records which is related to the triggered account record by giving the coditions of Account Id and Status Field
