Hi, how can I delegate admin access to user (not system admin profile) to have access to manage Enablement Settings.  I have given the user access as below

Permission Setting Assignment

: management enablement essentials, use enablement programs

Permission Set Group Assignemtnt

: Enablement Admin, Enablement Resources Manager, Enablement User, Partner Enablement User

Permission Set License Assignements

: Enablement, Enablement Resources.

This user cannot have a System Admin profile but she/he can have access to manage Enablement Settings, when am logged in as this user, I should be able to search for Enablement Settings in Setup.  But it doesn't work.  Please help.

Thank you!

Hi,

I'm currently in discovery phase for implementing Service Cloud (And Voice) for a Client Engagement and Servicing team. I've completed a large amount of SC and SCV related content, but am keen for insights as to best practices, design help, or any best practices for Enabling improved Client & User experience through Service Cloud & Service Cloud Voice.

Thanks in advance for any suggested trails / knowledge articles.

Measures (and the milestones or outcome that reference them) are optional in programs. You can create programs that only content content.

However, measures help provide the real value of programs (compared to other learning content services) by encouraging, tracking, and reinforcing behaviors that are reflected in real-life activity in your org's opportunities, cases, etc. Measures help you have accountability for performing real work, vs powering through content as fast as possible.

How do you share program progress and completions with non-enablement admins? For example, our sales managers are used to seeing their teams' progress and completion, and we rely on them to hold their teams accountable. However, we wouldn't want them building out programs or editing them. Ideally, they would be able to self-serve by viewing dashboards or reports. I thought that they would be able to view the pre-built dashboards and reports, but they are not available  to non-enablement admins, even after moving them to report/dashboard folders our users have access to. They can't access reports I have shared, nor can they build new ones using these report types. I'd love to know how others are sharing program completions.

@Lisa Dubernard I don’t need managers to assign programs at this point. I just want them to see who has completed the programs they are enrolled in. Preferably everyone, not just managers, would be able to see this. We have a variety of reasons and people who might have a vested interest in seeing who has done a program. Our current platform lets everyone self serve.

We are looking to move from myTrailhead to Sales Programs. Has anyone else made this switch and willing to discuss how you approached the migration?

i dont think it really is a 1:1, they are complementary products, but many customers who had mytrailhead are moving over to https://appinium.com/ to replace mytrailhead

I'm building a cadence for SEs. The default call results are different than ours. This leads to a complexed cadence in which I have to choose two negatives in order to get a positive (example: call result: the prospect is not "not interested" = the prospect IS interested).

I tried to edit the call results but I only found a way to edit their values, not their names and meanings. for example: I can define "Not interested = not interested / wrong person". But I can't change "not interested" to "Interested".

Is there a way to define the results themselves? #

Can I define the

Yeah, I did some additional digging on my end, and it doesn't look like you can change those names unfortunately.

You can modify the picklist value set values, but unfortunately this doesn't let you rename the high level categories. Yeah, I did some additional digging on my end, and it doesn't look like you can change those names unfortunately.
