Hello! My name is Jonette Pettyjohn and I am the Enterprise Systems Administrator and Operations Manager at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine (soon to be Sonoran University of Health Sciences). I am hoping to gain the ability to better report on business initiatives and the value they bring, ideas for how to calculate and report this value, and to better articulate the effort and expense of new initiatives.

- EDU Vision and Strategy Excursion: Kicks off April 13, 2022. Learn how to develop and refresh a clear vision and strategy to help drive alignment between stakeholders to ensure the delivery of business objectives. Register by April 6.
- EDU Team Members Excursion: Kicks off April 14, 2022. Develop a clear team members structure to help ensure that every person working on your program team has the skills, knowledge, and buy-in to deliver the required business objectives. We’ll also review best practices for Partner Management. Register by April 7.
- EDU Governance Excursion: Kicks off May 31, 2022. Develop a governance framework that allows Program teams to deliver outcomes through informative processes. Register by May 17.
- EDU Change Management Excursion: Kicks off May 19, 2022. Identify tools and best practices to establish a successful change management process. Register by May 5.
- EDU Operating Model Excursion: Kicks off June 16, 2022. Create development and support processes to provide an effective structure where business and IT interact. Register by June 2.
- EDU New Ways of Working Excursion: Kicks off June 14, 2022. Learn how to adopt a new mindset to deliver digital transformation solutions quicker. Register by May 31.
