How do your providers manage calendars?

Hi everyone @ANZ: NDIS & Aged Care @ANZ Disability Service Providers

We deliver primarily allied health and specialist consulting services to people who are blind or have low vision. We decided years ago to allow our service providers to stick to using their favourite calendar Outlook and have events sync between Salesforce/Skedulo and Outlook (so yes 3 calendars essentially :( ). It's a two way sync. We have been trying to transition from the Salesforce for Outlook sync tool to the Lightning tool and are encountering a few issues. I am keen to know: How do your service providers manage their time with calendars? Do they use a 'main' calendar? if so what is it and how? Any insights you can share are greatly appreciated!
