    Pearson team cancled my exam because of the legal name , I have cleared 5 exam with same name but yeaterday they rejected my exam and My exam was canceled due to an issue related to my legal name. However, I would like to highlight that I have successfully completed five previous exams with the same name details without any issues. 

Unexpectedly, my exam scheduled yesterday was rejected, which has caused significant inconvenience and stress. This inconsistency is concerning, especially since my details have been accepted multiple times in the past. 

This matter is registered under case number 13973318. I kindly request your support in either rescheduling my exam or pls providing a voucher so I may rebook the exam without additional cost. 

I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.
