we don't have service cloud in my project . we want live chat agent interact on Einstein bot
but when I click on chat it showing service cloud required

You don’t necessarily need the "Service Cloud Unlimited" edition. You can often purchase Digital Engagement as an add-on. This is a standalone license that enables Chat and Messaging (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) and includes a set number of Einstein Bot conversations. Contact your Salesforce account executive to get the right quote.
To see exactly what you’re missing, go to:
- Setup > Company Information.
- Look at the Feature Licenses related list.
- Check if you have Chat User or Messaging User available.
