Hi @Tim Dubois , I found your article on Ideas. Thank you, it was very helpful.

I am a former Admin and currently in a Product Owner/Management position. My team has built some new functionality (new custom object, visual force pages, Lightning components, and some apex - to name a few) that isn't transferring nicely from web to mobile.

For example: We have a rich text field that has some web links to a public website. The URL hyperlinks work in Safari (enabled Lightning), but not in the Salesforce1 app.

We also have some components working on Salesforce1 on the ipad, but not iphone (and vice versa). Our devices meet the requirements and iOS you recommended in your articles.

Any feedback or help on a direction to where we should look?

Thank you,

Ashley

Hi @Tim Dubois, good point. The user said she was on iOS 13.1.3 before I enabled the beta. I need to personally double-check. Thanks again!

When using Product Tag Assignment rules for Investigations what triggers the Product Owner and Senior Management POC being added to the Work Record?

We have noticed that when creating a new Investigation and leaving the Assigned To, Product Owner, and Senior Management POC field blank that only the Assigned To field is populated from the Product Tag Assignment Rule. The Assignment Rules are working fine for the Assignee based on the Severity of the Investigation but regardless of the Severity the Product Owner and SMPOC are not populated.

Is there another field on the work record that must be filled to get these assignments to populate or should they always populate when the fields are left blank?

Are there any other oddities like this with Product Tag Assignment Rules (Stories, Bugs)?

When you say filled correctly what do you mean? I have users entered into the PO and SMPOC fields for Investigation. Attached a screenshot of the Product Tag and the Assignment Rule with Last names blurred out. They all match.

We’re on a journey to agile at Scale here at Securian.   Can you share how you are organized in Agile squads/tribes at your company?   The core question here - What PRODUCTS am I managing?   What’s the right structure of “product owners?”

Option 1-   (How we are currently structured)

Continuous Improvement Squad - biweekly releases, regression testing, communications

Sales Squad - Focused on everything that affects sales

Service Squad - Focused on everything that affects service

Marketing Squad - Focused on everything that affects marketing

Option 2 -

Salesforce agile- “all in one“ agile team

Option 3 -

Continuous Improvement Squad - biweekly releases, regression testing, communications

Sales Squad - Focused on opportunities/forecasting/RFPs, Sales support, Territory management

Service Squad - Focused on case management

Self Service Squad - Focus on IVR, SF self service, defer contacts from service

Accounts/contacts Squad - Focused on data quality, profile/preferences, aggregated of customer info

Lead Gen Squad - Get new prospects to hand off to sales squad

Appreciate your perspectives and sharing!   @Juliane Janey , @Brian Cole , @James Burns

Any suggestions on how to handle a request for multiple sprint reviews during the same sprint? This started as a one time request but has come up again. My thought is there is breakdown of communication between the product owner and the stakeholders somewhere. Someone suggested we reduce the length of our sprints by a week so they get more frequent demos. Thoughts?
