When launching the schedule exam I am getting error like OnVUE check-in can not be started at this time. 

Hi all, I just failed my Salesforce Admin Certification for the second time and now I have to wait until the new Spring release quiz after April 23, 2026. I’m wondering if anyone has been in this situation and how did you prepare to succeed on your third attempt…especially with my next attempt coming with a brand new releases of questions. Definitely down and feeling like I will never pass this cert, any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone know the right trailhead mix for it? It shows as “Architect Journey: Sharing and Visibility” on the link on the exam guide.

I just took the Marketing Cloud Engagement Specialist exam in Spanish, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The translation was so poor that some questions were genuinely difficult to understand. I chose to take the exam in my native language to avoid confusion under pressure, but the Spanish version ended up being even more confusing than English.

It’s incredibly frustrating to spend time preparing for an exam and then struggle to understand the questions because of the quality of the translation. I honestly did not expect such a poor translation from Salesforce, especially for a professional certification exam.

I am currently facing an issue with Trailhead Academy while attempting to register for a Salesforce Certification exam using the following URL:   https://trailheadacademy.salesforce.com/certificate/exam-sharing-visibility---Plat-Arch-205

While proceeding with the registration, I am only able to see the “Test Center” option. The “Online” option, which should normally be available, is not visible. Due to this, I am unable to schedule my exam in online mode.

Additionally, this issue is not limited to a specific certification. I am observing the same behavior across multiple certification exams, where the Online option is consistently unavailable.

I have already raised a case with Salesforce Support regarding this issue. However, it has been in “New” status for the past 3 weeks without any update or response.

Given the delay, I would greatly appreciate your assistance with:

• Any contact details or mailbox for escalation
• Guidance on how to reach the appropriate team for faster resolution
• Any similar experiences or potential solutions

This is impacting my certification plans, so I kindly request your support in helping me get this addressed at the earliest.

Salesforce has announced Free Retake of Exam for a Limited Time 

The Salesforce Certification program is excited to partner with Pearson on a free retake promotion! 

To be eligible, complete a Salesforce certification exam between September 29 and November 17, 2026. If you do not pass on the first attempt, you may qualify for one free retake between January 4 and April 7, 2027.*
