We have this "Email" button embedded within the Activity History section of a page, which we use to send emails to customers. However, upon opening this email option, the "From" email defaults to the employee's personal email (screenshot attached), instead of the shared company email (hello@xxxxx.com)-- and then employees have to remember to manually change this email every time. Where in salesforce can I edit this email option, such that we can change the default email address that we send emails out from? Thank you! #Trailhead #Supportivecommunity #Collaborative

I was taking Salesforce Admin Certification Exam on 19th sept 2023, and suddenly my exam got stopped and they said to speak with the trailhead to rescheduled the exam. Please help me out with this cause this exam is very very important for my carrier and provide me with another voucher. Also i raised a ticket still i have not received any response. I'm attaching the snip for proof.
Please provide me with a voucher so that i can re-take my exam.
