Hi all,
I'm sorry to report I just failed my first attempt at the Admin certification. I scored well across the board except in two areas: Productivity and Collaboration, and Agentforce, which brought me down. I went in feeling confident, so it was a bit of a surprise.
I'm now looking for additional study material focused on Productivity and Collaboration. A Trailhead search turns up 138 results, which is a lot to sift through on my own. Has anyone taken this exam recently who could point me toward the courses or modules that are most relevant to what's actually tested? Note that I have already taken the Admin beginner and intermediate, as well as the exam prep.

I am writing to seek your assistance and guidance regarding an issue I am facing with my Platform Developer 1 exam.
Unfortunately, my exam was suspended, and I have already reached out to the Kryterion support team for resolution. They advised me to raise a case and contact Salesforce support for further assistance. Regrettably, it has been 20 days since I raised the case, and I have not received any response from the Salesforce support team.
I am extremely concerned about this situation, as passing the Platform Developer 1 exam is crucial for my professional growth and career aspirations. I have put in a lot of effort and time into preparing for this exam, and the suspension has left me feeling disheartened and uncertain about the next steps.
I believe that the Trailblazer Community has always been a pillar of support, providing valuable insights, assistance, and guidance to those facing challenges in their Salesforce journey. Hi Peter, one important heads-up first: the Admin exam was refreshed on 15 Dec 2025 and renamed "Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator," so make sure any study material you use is dated after that or you'll be prepping the old blueprint. The biggest shifts to focus on are that Data and Analytics Management is now the highest-weighted section (~17%) — reports, dashboards, data import/export, and data quality — and there's a brand-new Agentforce AI section (~8%) covering Agent Builder, topics, actions, and deployment, which trips up anyone using older prep. Configuration & Setup and Object Manager & Lightning App Builder are still heavy (~15% each), so keep object relationships, page layouts/Dynamic Forms, validation rules, and security (profiles, permission sets, OWD/sharing) solid, and don't neglect Process Automation with Flow. Practically: work through the free official "Prepare for Your Salesforce Administrator Credential" trailmix, read the current Exam Guide outline top to bottom so you can self-rate each section, and do timed practice questions to find weak spots before you book. I recently completed the Data 360 Trailhead Journey Quest before the August 31, 2026 deadline. As mentioned in the Quest, 50 Salesforce Certification Vouchers were to be awarded to selected participants, with the winner announcement expected within approximately 10 days after the Quest ended.
It has now been more than two weeks since the Quest deadline, but I have not received any notification regarding the voucher.
Could anyone confirm whether the 50 winners have already been selected/notified, or if the announcement has been delayed?
I would appreciate any official update or information regarding the expected timeline for the winner announcement.
