I would recommend to join community training session. Join trailblaers groups or search which group is starting MC Next training. In this way you'll be able to ask question from speakers as well if you have any.

There isn't a general free certification voucher available to everyone through Trailhead. However, there are a few legitimate ways to get a free or discounted Salesforce certification voucher:  

1. Trailhead Quests – Salesforce periodically runs Quests where certification vouchers may be offered as prizes. Completing a Quest does not necessarily guarantee a voucher, as some are based on eligibility and/or selection. 
2. Certification Days / Salesforce events – Keep an eye on official Salesforce certification events. Some Certification Days programs provide attendees with a 50% exam voucher, subject to the applicable terms. 
3. Trailblazer Community events – Local Salesforce community groups and events sometimes conduct competitions or giveaways that may include certification vouchers. 
4. Salesforce Partner program – If you work for a Salesforce Partner, check internally with your company or Partner Account Manager. Partners may have access to a limited number of certification vouchers or discounts. 

I would recommend checking the official Trailhead Quests and Trailblazer Community events regularly rather than relying on unofficial voucher codes or sellers.

I checked the documentation, but I couldn’t find any reliable information specifically for minors. There is no explicit minimum age published in the latest guidance.

• Partner or Signature/Premier Customer Discounts: Qualifying partners and customers may receive discounts depending on if they meet certain criteria.
• Salesforce Events: Events, such as Dreamforce, often offer discounts or free exams for in-person attendees.
• Salesforce Military: Salesforce Military helps you re-skill and get hired. Check out the site for more details on how to meet certain milestones and program requirements in order to gain a voucher.
• Trailhead Quests: Participate for a chance to win a certification voucher and other exciting prizes.

If the Agent icon is not appearing in the Coastal Cloud interface, please first verify that the user has the required permissions and that the relevant Agentforce features are enabled in the org. Also, make sure the user is working in the correct Trailhead Playground/org associated with the challenge.

You can try refreshing the page, signing out and back in, or using an incognito/private browser window. 

If the Agent icon is still missing, please share more details about the setup and a screenshot of the interface so we can better understand the issue. If the issue persists, please create a Salesforce Support case for further assistance.

To pass the Salesforce Administrator certification, focus on completing the official Prepare for Your Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification Trailmix and earning the Object Relationships and Flow Administration Superbadges. Since you’ve finished Admin Intermediate, prioritize Data and Analytics Management (now the largest exam section at 17%) and Automation (15%), especially Flow Builder, validation rules, and approval processes.

Since your Salesforce Certified Platform Sharing and Visibility Architect certification expired in December 2025, it cannot simply be reactivated by completing the missed maintenance now. 

I would recommend opening a Salesforce Help support case and requesting a reinstatement review, especially if it was recently expired. Salesforce reviews these requests on a case-by-case basis, so reinstatement is not guaranteed. 

If Salesforce cannot reinstate it, the standard option is to retake the certification exam to earn the certification again.
