Hello, we are trying to deactivate the account of a user who has left our organization, and we are getting a "Error: This user is the default owner of records created by guest users and can’t be deactivated." message. Directions provided on the internet are fruitless because it leads us to site settings but we don't have any sites. I think it is referring to how this user is the default owner for NPSP/IATS records for donors and donations. But I cannot find where to change that owner so I can deactivate the account. Is anyone using iATS Aura/Brickwork with a custom built donation page (as opposed to one of the out of the box options provided by iATS)? I am interested to know how the process went and how things got set up.

My organization is looking for an applicant tracking system for our Fellowship program and I would love to figure out what our options are!  Some details on volume in case that's helpful - we get about 2,500 - 3,000 applications per year and have 800+ evaluators access our current ATS to rate applications.  Any thoughts or guidance would be much appreciated!

We previously had the Payment Method on the Payment object automatically populating via the iATS transaction Payment Method but this is now not working for July. I rely on the Payment Method living on the payment object for reconciliation reporting purposes and I am not keen to manually update this each month.

I do not see a way to build a roll up for this function, any thoughts?

I have spoken to iATS and they say they cannot resolve this.
