In Tableau, how to roll-up the map to show data at continents level from country data?

I have sales data country wise, like US, IN, KZ, RN, CN, MX, CA, PK, and many more.

I want to show in tableau this country level data to 7 continent level data in MAPS.

Note: My data set doesn't not have continent to country mapping and neither full country name just the short form of country, i.e country codes

Any help is appreciated, thanks!

you can group the data together manually or use create a separate cross over sheet and join it to the data

How deep can you go in creating an Account Hierarchy?

For example, is there a difference in limitation:

Scenario 1: Parent Account -> 10 Child Accounts, maximum child records?

Scenario 2: Parent Account -> 10 Child Account -> 2 Grand-child accounts per account -> how many levels can there be in this type of hierarchy?

Hi Team,

I am trying to implement Territory model hierarchy in Tableau CRM, i.e, people in the higher hierarchy should be able to see accounts owned by users who are in lower hierarchy.

For this, I am trying to build a dataflow with object AccountUserTerritory2View but faced the following error.

Something went wrong while executing the Sync_AccountUserTerritory2View node: MALFORMED_QUERY: Enter a filter criterion with one AccountId. (02K0X000000IMplUAG_03C0E000000Gk1vUAC)

Seems like certain objects does not support BULK APIs( https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000318512&type=1&mode=1)

Can anyone please suggest me ways to implement Territory model hierarchy in Tableau CRM(Einstein analytics)?

I would be very much greatful.

I want to make the task in Activity visible to the parent object of the parent.

There is a task registered in the Contract record. Contract refers to Opportunity as Lookup. So I want to show Contract's task in the Lookup Opportunity. Is there a way?

Using custom LWC components it is certainly possible, I can assure you that much. But let's wait for an Admin to come and suggest a more elegant standard solution.

Can we set up a forcast hierarchy if we don't use the role hirerachy ?

No. The forecast hierarchy depends on the role hierarchy. It's a good idea to use role hierarchy even if you don't need it for record sharing, because it's useful in reporting.
