@Laurel Good, can I somehow verify that the lockdown browser (Respondus) has been installed correctly on my machine? When I start it up from the windows 10 program menu it brings up message:
LockDown Browser:
Settings Restored.
To take an exam, launch this program from a link in standard browser.
Can I test any further or is this fine? Thank you.
@Fabian Tiemann Launching the program on your machine will result in the error provided. The software cannot be tested until you are in the exam room and have entered event specific information. FYI @Laurel Good
