I've completed the given modules and super badges in Salesforce Developer Catalyst
I still haven't got my Salesforce Developer Catalyst Certificate yet. You Instructed me on 13th Sep 2024 , to wait for a week .But I still didn't get it so, I would like to remind you once again the same thing and want to know is there anything else I can do.

Hello Community,
We have an issue where users of a particular region are experiencing issue when using Outlook Integration.
The issue is, whenever users of that region click on the cloud icon of Salesforce in their Outlook application, they are redirected to a new window in their browser which has this URL: https://mailapp.force.com/clients/mailapp/activation?_host_Info=Outlook....
Brower tries to load this URL for 3-5 seconds and then an error appears on the screen which is :"We encountered a problem. For help, contact your administrator'
No other users are experiencing this issue but only some users of a particular region.
Also this works when those users are using Outlook Web version. Anyone has any idea or know how to resolve this? Thanks!

We faced same issue when we connected with VPN network, but working perfectly without VPN, under same WIFI network. Anyone got it resolved already?

Hello @Gayathri Challagundla, I have joined the Salesforce Developer Catalyst program at futureskillsprime.in and completed the Salesforce Developer Catalyst trail modules at trailhead site on 09-Jan-2024. The course completion status has not been updated from trailhead to the futureskillsprime.in platform and expecting completion certificate from futureskillsprime.
