Hello! I am having issue with scheduling the data export. I had to do it manually because I've been trying to put different dates for schedule, but still not receiving nothing on my email@.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Carola Colon,
Is the issue with data export files not generating or that you are not receiving emails?
To check export go to Setup>Data Export and see if there are any files.
For email issue check email deliverability in your ORg under setup, check your junk/spam folders as well.
Additionally, check if you are logged in other user while submitting the export request.
