How can Salesforce Admins use Agentforce in their daily work?

Hi Trailblazers, 

 

We often discuss Agentforce from a developer's perspective, but I believe Admins also have many opportunities. 

 

How are Salesforce Admins using Agentforce for record management, business processes, user support, or automation? 

 

Can an Admin with strong Flow and configuration skills build useful Agentforce solutions without much Apex knowledge? 

 

Would love to hear practical use cases.

    Hi @Pavan Kumar Gandi I believe Salesforce Admins can get a lot of value from Agentforce, especially when they already have strong Flow and configuration skills.

    How Admins can use Agentforce:

    1. Record Management – Create, update, and retrieve records using Flow actions.
    2. Business Automation – Automate approvals, follow-ups, and repetitive tasks.
    3. User Support – Help employees find information and answer common questions.
    4. Case Management – Summarize cases and assist support teams.
    5. Setup Assistance – Use Setup with Agentforce for supported admin tasks and troubleshooting.
    6. Custom Agents – Build agents using Flow, Prompt Builder, and standard actions.

    Real-Time Example:

    An employee asks Agentforce to create a support request. The agent collects the required details, calls a Flow to create a Case, and shares the Case number.

    My View:

    Yes, Admins can build useful Agentforce solutions without much Apex knowledge. Apex becomes important when requirements involve complex logic or custom integrations.
