I have Configured the Usage management in revenue cloud but when I change the grant quantity the price not updates

I have configured Usage-Based Pricing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud using a tier-based rate card and base rate card.

On the Quote Line Item, when I modify the Grant From value in the Product Usage Resources UI, the corresponding product price does not recalculate or update.

Even though the rate cards are correctly assigned, the pricing remains unchanged.

What could be causing this issue, and why isn’t the price recalculating based on the updated usage configuration? Where Can I get to know that Usage base pricing apply or not

This is a known behavior with Usage Management in Revenue Cloud. When you have the Binding Type set to Unit, changing the grant quantity on the usage resource does not automatically recalculate the price on the order product. The List Price on the product ($2500 in your case) stays fixed because it is tied to the product schedule, not dynamically recalculated based on usage grants.

The price update typically happens during rating or billing run, not at the time you edit the grant quantity manually. To see price reflect changes in grant quantity, you need to either trigger a rating run from the subscription or order, or look at the Tiered Sales section in the usage detail - that is where the applicable rate gets applied against actual consumption rather than the flat list price on the product itself.

Also worth checking - if you want pricing to update dynamically based on grant quantity tiers, you may need to configure Usage Rate Cards or Pricing Tiers on the product rather than relying on a flat list price. That way Revenue Cloud can calculate a price based on how many tokens or units are consumed. Hope this helps clarify what is happening in your setup.
