Hi Team,

I had a few queries regarding the Marketing Cloud on Core (MC on Core) setup:

  1. Does MC on Core support the concept of Business Units, similar to traditional Marketing Cloud Engagement?
  2. If Business Units are not supported, is it possible to manage access and segregation at the profile or workspace level?
  3. Since MC on Core leverages Data Cloud, how can we efficiently manage scenarios where we have multiple entities (business units or brands) using the same MC on Core instance?
  4. As per my analysis, every user has access to the default workspace. In that case, how do we manage content (emails, templates, images) specific to each entity? Is there any best practice for content segregation?

Looking forward to your inputs and any recommended approach for handling multi-entity setups in MC on Core.

    Hi!

    1. Not yet, but coming.

    2. It may be better to wait for BUs

    3. Not easily as-is, so far there are no custom preferences center (they are coming too)

    4. You can create multiple Workspaces and manage access per user (however the campaign templates will generate assets into the default one, created during setup)

    Hope this helps 😎
