I can't for the life of me figure this out. In the recent Summer 24 release of Nonprofit Cloud, we have the ability to generate gift receipts and acknowledgements out of the box. However...I'd added the Generate Document button to my account pages and it doesn't show up no matter what I do. I'm a system admin and have all Fundraising, DocGen, and Omnistudio permission sets assigned to myself. Has anyone been seeing this same issue or have any guidance?
@Chris Miller - It's a bug in how the button visibility is coded. You have to be a direct member of the file library. Can't be just a group member with access, even though that's what the docs say and that's how the rest of DocGen works for all other uses. There is a bug in the button code for controlling visibility on it. They are logging a KI for it. I just got off the case call for it where we tracked it down.
So add yourself as a direct member to the File Library, not via a group membership for a workaround until it's fixed.
