Problem:

There were custom validation error(s) encountered while saving the affected record(s). The first validation error encountered was "The object type you specified OmniUiCard is invalid.".
2. (Vlocity_OmniScript_Designer) Validation Errors While Saving Record(s)
There were custom validation error(s) encountered while saving the affected record(s). The first validation error encountered was "The object type you specified OmniProcess is invalid."

This error basically comes when there is no appropriate license for the OmniStudio package.
Check if standard objects with the name "OmniXXX" (including OmniProcess & OmniUiCards) exist in the respective org? If not, that means that the licenses have not been properly provisioned.
OmniStudio licenses need to be activated prior to running the package installation. Activating the licenses will create the OmniStudio standard objects. The OmniStudio license names start with "OmniStudio".
