I was taking Salesforce Admin Certification Exam on 19th sept 2023, and suddenly my exam got stopped and they said to speak with the trailhead to rescheduled the exam. Please help me out with this cause this exam is very very important for my carrier and provide me with another voucher. Also i raised a ticket still i have not received any response.
It's been one month since i have requested for another voucher but still i have not received any update. Please help me to get another voucher so that i re-take my exam.
