Email Statistics

Question

Hi everyone!

I recently triggered a process builder that sends an email (created with classic email templates) to the preferred email on the contact but the request's status is what triggers the process builder. Anyways, I was wonder if there was a way to see more email statistics? I can see that it triggered when I go to the activities/tasks on the request record. But I want to see more information such as deliverability. Any idea if I can do that?

Hi Jenna   You’re right the Activity/Task record can confirm that the Process Builder fired the email, but it doesn’t give you much visibility into what happened after the email was sent. If you need to monitor things like delivery status, bounced emails, opens, clicks, and overall email performance, you’ll generally need an email-sending/tracking solution that captures those events rather than relying only on the Process Builder activity.    One option you could look at is  360 Mass Mailer . It’s built within Salesforce to help manage email sending and track email campaign performance, so you can get more visibility into what happens after an email is sent.    It may be worth checking whether its tracking capabilities match the specific deliverability information you’re looking for.
