Email Address change with no effect on My Salesforce certifications and credentials

I would like to change my Kryterion Email and Email associated with my Salesforce account from my company Email to my personal email without losing all my credentials for my Certifications and badges and Points in trailhead.

Even though I tried reaching out to ktnsupport@kryteriononline.com  by looking at one of the solutions previously provided for the email change, the email bounced back and didn't received. 

Please help me out with the best possible solutions.
