Hi fellow Trailblazers!
This is my first time posing a question to our community, but I could really use the help. In Pardot, we have email templates that we've used for a little over 5 months now. Up until today (10/11/2021), we were able to use the email template and get Pardot to send them just fine. When I went to test my email today, I received the attached error message regarding my Unsubscribe tag in the footer of my email. I tried everything, but I couldn't bypass the error message. What I did instead was to insert two merge tags into the bottom of my email (preference center and unsubscribe). Unfortunately, the display is just a link for both of them. I've sent another screenshot to illustrate this.
I'm completely stumped and so is our implementation specialist from Prolocity. I would be so thankful if someone in this community could help me discover what is wrong.
If it helps, I've included one more screenshot of the code I used to insert the preference center and the unsubscribe link in my email before I switched to the merge tags. I'm hoping that original visual will help.
